Information about accommodation in our guest house
- Minimum stay is 3 nights
- Dog fee is 70CZ crowns per night
- 10%discount with stay longer than 7 nights
- Deposit for free term is 50%of stay.
2 weeks before arrival the surcharge of total stay will be paid

Accommodation Rules
- The accommodation will be given only to a guest who can prove his valid ID card or passport.
Identification data will be written by receptionist into a guest book.
- The guest uses the apartment only during time which will be agreed on with owner.
Arrival and departure by agreement.
- If the guest does not start his stay on agreed day, his accommodation claims will be canceled without compensation.
- The guest is not allowed to leave any stuff directly on electrical heating or to its close proximity due to a danger of fire.
The guest is fully responsible for caused damages. Lost keys and change of lock vill be paid on guest´s expenses.
The owner is not responsible for damages that were not caused by him.
By leaving the room the guest has to regulate heating, switch off all lights, switch off all electrical appliances, to make sure all water taps are closed, to close windows and doors, to lock apartment and pension doors.
The guest is fully responsible for his children.
Fire can be made only on a certain place/ a fire pit/
The guest has a duty too keep all accommodation rules. In case these rules are roughly broken, the owner has a right to cancel accommodation without any claims on money refund.
